Is Buddhism a philosophy?
Is Buddhism a philosophy?

Is Buddhism a philosophy? Is Buddhism a religion? Not really. It is an insightful sermon of a Buddha who has transcended all philosophy. All philosophies in the world are worldly. Buddhist sermons preach about a transcendental nature that transcends the worldly. It is something to be understood, not learned. Even if you have an expert knowledge of fire, there is no other way to understand burning with fire. It is an axiom. Axiom is a tangible thing. That is, understanding through the senses is not enough. It is not easy to understand many Buddhist sermons because it is not suitable for understanding without developing advanced knowledge. Wisdom is a state of mind that is developed by practising awareness. Not practising wisdom does not lead to wisdom. Dharma is never comprehensible. It should be understood. One does not understand it. Understanding the dharma is not for anyone. An soulless nature cannot understand soul nature. Even if the visions are presented by those who have not touched the transcendental nature, they are all mythic. They are ignorance because they cannot recognize the truth in worldly natures. Avijja Pacchaya Sankhara is that. Sanskaras arise due to ignorance of science. Science is not something that changes from time to time. Science is unchanging nature. Nirvana is science.

What does mindfulness really mean?
What does mindfulness really mean?

The literal sense of the word mindfulness is, observing the things that exist at that moment. Sometimes it can be seeing an image, hearing a sound, smelling a smell, tasting, or feeling a sensation, or observing thoughts. A person who is an experimenter or a practitioner can understand the little-by-little Dhamma moment by moment. He can see with tangible wisdom that there is nothing to stick to, get into conflict with, or be deluded in. That wisdom starts to clear his mind.
