What does Sati really mean?
If there is one thing that should be observed by everyone, young and old, regardless of caste and religion, it is Sati (or Mindfulness). Sati is a mental state achieved by focusing one's awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations.
How can I practice mindfulness?
Sati is a process that needs to be achieved through proper guidance and constant practice.
This website will give you access to a comprehensive program with step by step guidance to achieve inner peace. It doesn't matter the place or posture that you are in.
Mindfulness for what?
Throughout human history, Sati has been practiced as a means of achieving a higher mental or spiritual state by various Asian cultures.
However, many people around the world, suffering from stress and anxiety, are also already reaping great results through the regular practice of mindfulness.
The practice helps to identify and develop inner peace and deep happiness within a person by living in the present moment.
Sathi arana has specific meditation programs which leads you to come out from your misery. Further, that
program includes daily meditation sessions, as well as teachings on Buddhist philosophy and
mindfulness practices. As a member, you will have the opportunity to develop your meditation
practice in a supportive and immersive environment, living and practicing in the forest
conditions.
