The Mind & the process
Reason for this is, that they do not have any understanding of the mind and the process of the mind. If one can overcome that condition and practice mindfulness, then through it ,one can leave the past and future ends and realize the reality of the present moment and that realization will help him or her to be free from suffering. Because he understands ,better what the mind really is, and how the concepts of the external and internal worlds were formed through the mental process. right after he is able to understand the root causes of conflicts which arising in the physical world. As a result of that wisdom he walks on the path of freedom from suffering and attains true happiness and inner peace.
